These Terms govern your use of www.avataronehealth.com and the Avatar One Health services operated by Avatar Technologies. By booking a test or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We facilitate booking of diagnostic tests, home sample collection, and delivery of laboratory reports through NABL-grade partner laboratories. We are a healthcare technology and logistics provider; testing is performed by accredited partner labs and reports are signed by qualified pathologists.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account (secured by OTP/PIN). You may book for family members for whom you are authorised.
3. Bookings, pricing & payments
Prices are shown on the platform and may change. A home-collection charge of ₹99 per person applies, waived on orders of ₹1499 or more per person. Payment is collected via secure third-party gateways or in cash where offered. Promotional offers and vouchers are subject to their stated conditions.
4. Sample collection
You must provide a reachable address and be available at the chosen slot. Adequate sample quality and any required fasting/preparation are your responsibility; re-collection may be needed and charged if a sample is insufficient or compromised.
5. Reports & medical disclaimer
Reports are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. See our Medical Disclaimer.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avatar Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Karwar, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
