Sample Collection & Report Delivery Policy
Avatar One Health does not ship physical goods. "Delivery" refers to home sample collection and electronic delivery of reports.
1. Service area
We currently provide home collection in Ankola and Karwar (Karnataka). Availability may vary by pin code and slot.
2. Home collection
A trained phlebotomist visits your address at the chosen slot, typically arriving within the slot window. Home collection is free on orders ₹1499+ per person; otherwise a ₹99 per-person charge applies.
3. Report delivery
Reports are delivered electronically in your account (online view + downloadable PDF) and can be shared via secure links. Most reports are ready within hours of the sample reaching the laboratory; turnaround varies by test.
4. Delays
Occasionally collection or reporting may be delayed due to operational, weather, or laboratory reasons. We will keep you informed and reschedule where needed.
